FAQ

01How do I play?

Drag to aim, release to shoot. Match three or more bubbles of the same colour to pop them. Bubbles cut off from the gold hub in the middle fall away, and hitting the cluster off-centre makes it spin. In-game help: Settings › How to play.

02I bought gems but didn't get them

Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases, or restart the app. Purchases are confirmed by Apple and added automatically when the app next opens. If they still don't appear, email us with the date of purchase.

03How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

04Will I lose my progress if I change phones?

In this version, progress is stored on your device only. It moves to a new iPhone when you restore from an iCloud or computer backup of your old phone.

05I'm out of energy

Energy refills over time. You can also refill it with gems, or play Zen mode, which needs no energy.

06Notifications are too much, or not showing

Turn reminders on or off in the app's Settings, or in iPhone Settings › Notifications › Meow Bubble Spinner.

07Colour-blind support

Turn on Settings › Color symbols to show a symbol on every bubble colour.

Privacy policy

Meow Bubble Spinner ("the app") is made by WOX Studio ("we"). This policy explains what the app does with information.

The short version

The app does not ask for your name, email or any account, and we never sell data. Your game progress stays on your device. To improve the game, the app sends anonymous gameplay statistics to Google Analytics for Firebase (see "Analytics" below).

What stays on your device

Game progress: stages cleared, stars, scores, stamps, streaks, settings, and your in-game wallet (coins, gems, energy, items).
This data is stored only on your iPhone. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, payment details or Apple ID. The app only receives a confirmation from Apple that a purchase went through, so it can add the gems or items you bought.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules reminders on your device (for example, when your energy is full or a new Daily Puzzle is ready). They are created on your iPhone; no information is sent anywhere to send them. You can turn them off in Settings at any time.

Sharing

When you tap Share on a result, the app opens the standard iOS share sheet with a short text about your score. Nothing is shared unless you choose where to send it.

Analytics

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to learn how the game is played, so we can fix hard stages, find where players get stuck and improve the game. It sends:

Gameplay events: for example stages started, cleared or failed, stars, shots used, items used, screens opened, tutorial steps, and in-game currency earned or spent.
Purchase events: which product was bought and its price (Apple handles the payment; we never see payment details).
A random app-instance ID created by Firebase, the app version, device model, iOS version, language, and an approximate region derived from the IP address.

This data is not linked to your name or Apple ID, is not used to track you across other apps or websites, and is not used for advertising. The app does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). Google processes the data under the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase's terms; it is kept for 14 months.

Advertising

This version contains no advertising. If a future version adds ads, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details first.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date.

기기에만 저장되는 정보

게임 진행 상황: 클리어한 스테이지, 별, 점수, 스탬프, 연속 기록, 설정, 게임 내 지갑(코인, 젬, 에너지, 아이템).
이 정보는 iPhone에만 저장되며 저희나 다른 누구에게도 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

인앱 구매

인앱 구매는 전적으로 Apple(App Store)이 처리합니다. 저희는 이름, 결제 정보, Apple ID를 볼 수 없습니다. 앱은 구매한 젬이나 아이템을 지급하기 위해 Apple로부터 구매 완료 확인만 받습니다.

알림

알림을 허용하면 앱이 기기에서 직접 알림(예: 에너지가 가득 참, 새 데일리 퍼즐)을 예약합니다. 알림을 위해 어떤 정보도 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

결과 화면에서 공유를 누르면 iOS 기본 공유 시트가 점수 문구와 함께 열립니다. 사용자가 직접 보낼 곳을 고르기 전에는 아무것도 공유되지 않습니다.

분석

게임이 어떻게 플레이되는지 파악해 어려운 스테이지를 고치고 막히는 지점을 개선하기 위해 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 보내는 정보:

플레이 이벤트: 예) 스테이지 시작, 클리어, 실패, 별, 사용한 샷과 아이템, 연 화면, 튜토리얼 단계, 게임 내 재화 획득 및 사용.
구매 이벤트: 구매한 상품과 가격 (결제는 Apple이 처리하며 결제 정보는 볼 수 없습니다).
Firebase가 만든 무작위 앱 인스턴스 ID, 앱 버전, 기기 모델, iOS 버전, 언어, IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 지역.

이 정보는 이름이나 Apple ID와 연결되지 않으며, 다른 앱이나 웹사이트에 걸친 추적이나 광고에 쓰이지 않습니다. 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 사용하지 않습니다. 데이터는 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Firebase 약관에 따라 처리되며 14개월간 보관됩니다.

아동

앱은 모든 연령에 적합하며 13세 미만 아동을 포함한 누구의 정보도 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

변경

방침이 바뀌면 이 주소에 새 버전을 게시하고 "최종 수정일"을 갱신합니다.
